Summary: In 1978, George joined the multi-disciplined consulting firm of Rogers Engineering Group.  He became a principal in 1981 and opened their Sacramento office in 1984.  In January 1988, George formed Warren Consulting Engineers, Inc. to practice civil engineering.

Since 1988, George has designed and/or supervised the design of over 2,500 public and private projects.  As Principal-in-Charge, he is committed to every aspect of the firm.  His hands-on approach provides guidance and leadership from conceptual design through construction administration ensuring well-executed projects and satisfied clients.  George is committed to every aspect of the firm and he ensures that projects are successful through his involvement.  He has built strong relationships with our clients while meeting scheduling and design needs.

Tom Fassbender ~ Principal, P.E., P.L.S, CSP-CSD

Summary:

Tom joined Warren Consulting Engineers in 1988.  Over the past twenty two years, Tom has been the project engineer on over 525 public and private sector projects.  Tom also has extensive experience in providing preliminary and bid-ready budget packages and timelines for site work construction to architects, contractors, construction managers, and project owners.   In 2002, Tom became a principal of the firm.  In his role as Principal, Tom is responsible for administration of the firm’s CAD system and IT Department.

Tom enjoys being part of a project team.  He is especially proud of a recent set of multi-million dollar grading and paving projects that were successfully completed on several school sites during the summer break.

 

 

Martin J. Gee ~ Principal Senior Civil Designer

Education:

• Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, 1995 California State University, Sacramento

 

 

Summary:

Marty joined Warren Consulting Engineers, Inc. in 1988.  With extensive experience in civil design and project management, Marty has been involved in over 300 private and public sector projects.  Marty has served as the firm’s Senior Civil Designer for the past fifteen years, and has been a principal for the last nine years. In his role as Principal, Marty mentors and provides oversight for the production staff.

Marty takes a great sense of pride in finding opportunities to transform a barren or dilapidated existing site into an efficiently designed solution for the end-user.
